九月 13, Engineered Stone Group, an artificial stone bathroom manufacturer owned by investment firm Cranemere Group, announced that it will acquire Fiora and Nuovvo, two major European manufacturers of artificial stone bathroom products, adding to its bathroom business in Spain. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Prior to this acquisition, Cranemere Group has acquired five artificial stone bathroom-related companies, including Marmite (2016), Acquabella Construplas (2019), F&D Group (2020) and McBath (2020).
