German quartz sink manufacturer Schock GmbH has announced the acquisition of Polish bathroom brand Marmorin, the terms and details of which have not yet been disclosed. Marmorin, a local Polish family business founded in 1985 and based in Wschowa, Polonya, manufactures freestanding bathtubs as well as washbasins and shower basins, which are particularly popular in North America.
