German quartz sink manufacturer Šokas GmbH has announced the acquisition of Polish bathroom brand Marmorin, the terms and details of which have not yet been disclosed. Kovo mėn 2021, investment firm Triton Fund V acquired GmbH, and the next step is to strengthen the sector with another acquisition, the announcement said.

Marmuras, a local Polish family business founded in 1985 and based in Wschowa, Lenkija, manufactures freestanding bathtubs as well as washbasins and shower basins, which are particularly popular in North America.
