German quartz sink manufacturer Schock GmbH has announced the acquisition of Polish bathroom brand Marmorin, the terms and details of which have not yet been disclosed. У марту 2021, investment firm Triton Fund V acquired GmbH, and the next step is to strengthen the sector with another acquisition, the announcement said.
Marmorin, a local Polish family business founded in 1985 and based in Wschowa, Пољска, manufactures freestanding bathtubs as well as washbasins and shower basins, which are particularly popular in North America.
