Roca Group Completes The Divestment Of Its Spanish Tile Business 31 Αύγουστος, Lamosa Group (Μεξικό) completed the acquisition of tile business for approximately US$260 million.
The transaction between Grupo Lamosa and Roca was approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting and will be financed by a debt facility of US$200 million involving seven banks with an average duration of 4.3 έτη και ημερομηνία λήξης πέντε ετών. The remaining part of the amount will be financed by the La Mossa Group’s own funds.
