Roca -grupp Completes The Divestment Of Its Spanish Tile Business 31 augusti, Lamosa Group (Mexiko) completed the acquisition of tile business for approximately US$260 million.
The transaction between Grupo Lamosa and Roca was approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting and will be financed by a debt facility of US$200 million involving seven banks with an average duration of 4.3 år och en förfallodag på fem år. The remaining part of the amount will be financed by the La Mossa Group’s own funds.

As previously reported in the foreign press, the transaction involved the transfer of two Roca Group factories in Campo Largo and São Mateus do Sul, Brasilien, Som vi Vi Vi Väl den spanska dotterbolaget keramik Belcaire i Castelón.
Efter slutförandet av förvärvet, Roca Groups kakelverksamhet i Spanien avyttrades. Enligt Grupo Lamosa, the Roca Group’s tile business totaled US$44 million in the last 12 months to June this year. Roca Group ended 2020 med intäkter på 1 684 miljoner euro, ner 9.5% i 2019. Den hade en nettovinst på 60 miljon, ner 12% från föregående år.
