According to an announcement released by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Shanghai Kohler Co. לטד. and two other projects are identified as the fourth batch of high-quality projects for 2020 within the strategic reserve area, in line with the “Notice on the Issuance of the Positive List and Negative List of Technical Transformation for Enterprises Outside the Planning Industrial Block” (Shanghai Jingxin Specification [2019] ניין. 4) document requirements.

לויט די מעלדן, ין 2020, Kohler headquarters decided to place the Kohler brand’s only online sales organization in China (ד.ה. the official Kohler Tmall flagship store) under Kohler Shanghai Co. In order to meet the logistics needs of the e-commerce business, we are planning to build a fully automated and unmanned intelligent warehouse on the reserved land.
The project plans to invest אַ גאַנץ פון 40 מיליאָן יואַן, all self-funded, mainly for civil construction funds. After the expansion of a plant construction area of 12000 קוואַדראַט מעטער, with a capacity area of 24000 קוואַדראַט מעטער, the total construction area of 50,349.11 קוואַדראַט מעטער, with a capacity area of 74772 קוואַדראַט מעטער, after the expansion of the floor area ratio of 0.74. After the completion of the project, the annual sales of the e-commerce business can reach more than 100 מיליאָן יואַן, the total land annual tax amount of more than 35 מיליאָן יואַן.
It is reported that the warehouse management system (WMS) transformation project, including automatic guided transport vehicle (AGV) automatic dispatch system, video recognition system (RFID), two-dimensional code identification system data center, are Kohler company (Intelligent Manufacturing Department) independent development and design, is the global Kohler Group’s a model model, but also the current international leading logistics system. The smart warehouse construction provides hardware support for the introduction of Kohler’s e-commerce business in Shanghai.
