Mae Kohler wedi dod i gytundeb â grŵp yr Almaen’s Egeria i gaffael ei frand sawna pen uchel KLAFS. Llofnododd y ddwy ochr y cytundeb ar fis Rhagfyr 1. The specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed and are expected to be announced in the near future.
