Nakarating na si Kohler sa isang kasunduan sa Egeria Group ng Alemanya upang makuha ang high-end na sauna brand na KLAFS. Ang dalawang partido ay nilagdaan ang kasunduan noong Disyembre 1. The specific terms of the agreement were not disclosed and are expected to be announced in the near future.
