According to the Ministry of Commerce, October 19, Japanese Prime Minister Kan visiting Vietnam with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended the signing ceremony for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, and witnessed the famous Japanese manufacturer of high-end ceramic bathroom TOTO Group (TOTO) was issued a license to invest 100 million U.S. dollars to build a third production base in Vietnam. TOTO Group entered Vietnam in 2002 to invest in building a factory and has built two production bases (4 factories) in Hanoi and Hinh An Province, and the third production base will be located in Thang Long Industrial Zone, Vinh Phuc Province.

However, TOTO’s website has yet to make an announcement on the matter.
