Quality control is one of the biggest concerns when sourcing faucets from China. VIGA is a faucet factory with in-house casting, machining, polishing and assembly, and this page explains our faucet quality control process and inspection checklist.

• Incoming material inspection for brass and stainless steel
• In-process checks during machining and polishing
• 100 percent pressure testing for every faucet
• Final inspection before packing

What We Check During Inspection

• Body material and wall thickness
• Thread accuracy and sealing surfaces
• Cartridge operation and drip-free sealing
• Surface finish and plating adhesion
• Packaging and logo quality

Salt Spray and Finish Testing

Surface finishes are checked for adhesion and corrosion resistance. We can perform salt spray testing according to the requirement of your market, especially for chrome, brushed nickel and matte black finishes.

Third-Party Inspection

VIGA accepts third-party inspection before shipment. If your market requires a specific inspection standard or AQL level, we can arrange the process with your nominated inspection company.
