Roca Group Completed The Divestment Of Its Spanish Tile Business

I august 31, Lamosa Group (Mexico) completed the acquisition of the tile business of Grupo Roca for approximately US$260 million.

The deal between Grupo Lamosa and Grupo Roca was approved by the shareholdersmeeting and will be financed by a $200 million bank loan for debt.
