New Factory Under Construction

VIGA is expanding with a new 17,915 m² factory currently under construction. The additional facility will increase our production capacity and shorten lead times for larger OEM/ODM programs.

Production Workshop

Each VIGA faucet moves through four controlled stages before shipment:

CNC machining — brass bodies are machined to precise tolerances.
Polishing — surfaces are polished and prepared for chrome, brushed nickel or matte black finishes.
Assembly — cartridges, aerators, hoses and handles are assembled on dedicated lines.
Testing — every batch is pressure-tested before packing.
